Intensive Treatment Unit

The unit has five beds, fully equipped  for the monitoring of the patient. Two of these beds are for cardiac patients, which are separately located  in soundproof  rooms.

The monitoring equipment is connected to a computerised console located inside the unit. This  console allows the anaesthetist and the paramedical staff  to check simultaneously on all five beds.

There is also a sixth bed specifically equipped for extra-corporeal  dialysis.
