need of surgery. The unit includes a modern operating theatre and a fully
equipped intensive care section that meet the highest international standards

The Cardiac Surgery Unit is endowed with state of the art systems of
extra-corporeal circulation, instrumentation for blood collection /
hemoconcentration / transfusion, cardiac circulation support and complete
equipment for dialysis.
This advanced apparatus, together with the excellent diagnostic support, (TAC,
RM, ECO, CARDIOVASCULAR ANGIOGRAPHY), allows the unit to cope
with any patient responses, in the greatest safety.
